Why don't you call the admissions office - they usually have tours and other info available to prospective students. An email is going to take days/ weeks to be responded to. And unless you are transferring from another law school - most law schools do not have spring admission - they start in the fall.

That sounds fine, this e-mail is not going to go into your admissions file or anything like that so you really have nothing to worry about, you can be as professional or as casual as you would like! Only thing you might want to note, you said you want to start in the Spring Semester and many law programs only offer a fall start so you may want to double check that. And during the summer a lot of schools offer "self tours" that you don't even need to make an appointment for so waiting and calling at lunch might be more efficient.
